WORKSHOP ISPR 2024

Instructions-Read Carefully before registering for Preconference Workshop on 20 September 2024

  1. The Workshops are organized into 4 groups-A1, B1, A2, B2. 
  2. A1 and B1 will run parallel in PreLunch session in three consecutive batches. 
  3. A1 will be held in PRO building while B1 will be held in Shatabdi Phase 1 Ground floor, and these two are located at some distance. So, for any Delegate A1 & B1 are mutually exclusive.
  4. A2 and B2 will run parallel in PostLunch session in three consecutive batches. 
  5. A2 will be held in 128 Slice CT scan building near PRO while B2 will be held in Shatabdi Phase 1 Ground floor, and these two are located at some distance. So, for any Delegate A2 & B2 are mutually exclusive.
  6. In any group (A1, A2, B1, B2) a candidate can register for a maximum of three workshops and can attend by sequentially moving around.
  7. So, a delegating wishing to register for workshops can register for a minimum of 1 workshop at INR 500+18% GST=590 (additional registration fees above Conference registration fees) and a maximum of 6 workshops INR 3000+18% GST =INR 3540 on a first come first serve basis. Each batch is proposed to have a strength of 8 delegates. Allotment of Batch will be done by the organisers.
  8. Registration for Conference can be done online on Conference website. Then one has to proceed to Registration for Workshop page and choose workshops, based on Topic of choice, PreLunch+/-Post Lunch Session as per information given above.
