ISPR 2024 welcomes submission of Abstract for Oral Presentation & E-Poster (a) Educational Exhibit (b) Case Report, Case Review (c) Original Studies to encourage Scientific Study in the field of Pediatric Radiology
Instructions & Timeline for Oral Presentation, E-Poster Submission.
Submission Deadline:
The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to August 15, 2024
Registration Requirement:
It is mandatory for the presenting author to be registered for ISPR 2024. The presenting author must complete registration within 15 days of receiving the acceptance letter via email for the oral presentation and e-poster submission. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your submission.
Submission Preference:
You need to specify your preference for Oral Presentation, Case Report, Case review, or E-Poster. You will receive an email confirmation after submission in due course.
Submission Review:
Oral Presentation, Case Report, Case Review, and E-Poster will be reviewed by the ISPR 2024 Scientific Committee. The committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or consider an abstract for either oral or poster presentation. The decision of the ISPR 2024 Scientific Committee is final.
Once the abstract is accepted, then the participants will be asked submit the full abstract with figures & tables, etc.
Guide to Selection of Study Type : Please ensure that the submission is related to the field of Pediatric Radiology.
Original Studies: These studies are designed with a specific research question or hypothesis. They follow a detailed plan that has been approved by an Ethics Committee and the Departmental Institutional Committee. This plan includes clearly defined objectives, methodology, sample size, data collection procedures, and data analysis methods. Thesis typically fall into this category.
Case Report / Case Series: A report about 1-3 cases is considered a case report, while more than 3 cases constitute a case series. There is no initial research question, hypothesis, or plan. Instead, cases are collected as they present themselves. The primary purpose is to communicate any novel or rare findings or presentations.
Educational Exhibit: The focus of an educational exhibit is on delivering a clear and informative message rather than highlighting novel or rare findings. The intention is to teach about a common disease or presentation, providing valuable educational insights.
Certificates: Certificates will be awarded only to the presenting author. No substitutions will be entertained.
Awards:
Organizers will present awards to the presenting author in various categories and subcategories.
